For Property related claims, please print off the document below, complete as fully as possible, and return it to us by post, together with any accompanying documents. Alternatively, if you prefer, telephone us with details of the incident during normal office hours.
In the event of wishing to report a Motor Claim , please refer to the following information. Our Motor Claims Notification Service is handled by MSL Legal Expenses Insurance Ltd.
In the event of an accident, fault or non-fault, you should follow these simple rules:
- Get as much on the spot information as possible.
- Ask the other driver(s) involved for their name(s) and address(es)
- DO NOT ADMIT LIABILITY
- Do NOT speak to the third party insurer until you have spoken to the MSL Motor Claims line.
- Try to obtain the names and addresses of any witnesses.
- If you or your passengers are injured as a result of the accident, you must inform the police.
- Notify MSL on 0800 387165 (we recommend programming this number into your mobile for ease of use)
This claims service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and is there for your benefit.
