How Do We Operate?
Each General Insurance related Commercial client is assigned a dedicated Account Handler or Account Executive who deals personally with all aspects of their business, together with personal insurance requirements. This person will seek to establish a special understanding of your own individual needs and requirements – themselves having the benefit of considerable knowledge and expertise, coupled with the ability to explain things clearly.

We believe that this is not only an efficient approach to dealing with your business, but also gives you the confidence to trust HGR to handle your business with pride.

Other customers, not connected to Commercial business, are dealt with by a separate Team under the Private Client Unit. This is arranged in such a way as to handle your initial enquiry and subsequent establishment of cover, together with ongoing renewals, swiftly and efficiently, with, again, a point of contact to deal with your everyday needs.

As will be evident from other information on this website, we are not tied to any particular insurer – thus, we are able to offer genuinely impartial advice at all times. We are currently dealing with in excess of 100 insurance companies and underwriters, with a vast range of products from which the most appropriate is chosen to match your requirements. This is essential, as no two clients are exactly the same.
