Martyn Tanner: Managing Director

Martyn has more than 35 years' experience in the industry. He is a fully
qualified Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) and is responsible for FSA
Compliance and overall management of the Group. He has been with HGR since they
were formed following the merger of two provincial insurance brokers in 1989 -
Stewart & Rogers Ltd of Amblecote, Stourbridge, and Harrod & Gall Ltd of
Dudley.
Martyn deals primarily with Corporate Pensions, Investments and Life Assurance at HGR,
but at the same time, he strives to move the whole group forward both by acquisition,
and also from generic growth within the loyal client base.
Martyn is extremely customer focused, with Service being paramount, and is keen to embrace the Financial
Services Authority requirement for "Treating Customers Fairly".

John Webley: Sales Director

John has concentrated his entire lengthy career on General Insurance, and spearheads HGR's new business drive.
He spent some considerable time with insurer Commercial Union before joining Stewart & Rogers Ltd in Amblecote.
This enabled John to impart his knowledge on a wide range of clients prior to the business merging with Harrod
& Gall Ltd in 1989.
John's advice to clients is well respected, and this has resulted in many years of loyal support from them.
John treats all of his clients as personal friends, and portrays the general ethos of the business - to provide
high quality, friendly, professional advice in a timely and efficient manner.

Bryan Gall: Non-Executive Director
Bryan's Insurance career began at the Caledonian Insurance Company in Edinburgh back in 1960. He moved to Matthews
Wrightson Insurance Brokers where he headed their Construction Insurance division in the Midlands. After a subsequent
period of service with a provincial broker from 1970-73, he left to form a new business with a colleague from Matthews
Wrightson - Peter Harrod, and Harrod & Gall began trading in Dudley. Harrod & Gall then merged with Stewart & Rogers
in 1989.
Although Bryan still remains a Director at HGR, he has decided to take well earned retirement from the company and
to spend more leisure time with his wife Kate.

Michael Rogers: Director & Company Secretary

Michael is Director and Company Secretary at HGR. He is a fully qualified and practising solicitor in a separate
business to HGR, specialising in Personal Injury Claims, together with Health, Safety and Environmental Law. Michael's
background provides HGR with a wealth of knowledge relevant to our client's various insurance needs.
Whilst Michael has no "hands on" involvement in either General Insurance or Life and Pensions, within the business
he is responsible for overall Group strategy. He is also keen on controlled expansion by acquisition.

David Price: Finance Director

David joined the Board of Directors at HGR in October 2004. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant by profession,
with vast experience in the field of Acquisitions and Mergers, Corporate Finance and Business Disposals. David is
a valued member of our management team at HGR.

Nigel Cox: Commercial Account Executive

Nigel has over 35 years experience gained whilst working for both leading insurers and intermediaries in Account
Management and Business Development roles. He joined the HGR Commercial Insurance team in July 2010 and will ensure
provision of the most suitable and appropriate insurance products and deliver professional advice to both existing
and new clients.
Additionally Nigel with be liaising with Martyn Tanner to maximise product terms from our panel of Insurers, and
to pass on those benefits to our clients.

Katrina Williamson: IFA (Financial Services)

Katrina's insurance career began in 1991 as a Reinsurance Premium Technician, followed by a number of years with
Prudential Assurance Company. She joined HGR in 2000, as a Financial Services Assistant. Apart from a relatively
short period of service with another local broker, she has remained a fully committed and loyal team member at HGR.
Katrina is a fully qualified IFA and Mortgage Adviser - her professionalism is second to none.

Jo Crees: Financial Services Administrator

Jo is the latest welcome addition to the Team at HGR, working alongside the IFAs to provide
a first class administrative back up service. Jo has more than 20 years experience in Insurance
and Financial Services, with admiration regularly expressed by clients old and new for the highly
efficient, professional and friendly way she deals with them.

Karen Horton: Commercial Account Handler

Karen began her career in Insurance with a provincial broker in 1987. The knowledge and experience gained there was
a deciding factor when she applied to join the Team at HGR in 1998, and was appointed as a Personal Lines Accounts
Handler.
Following a period of sustained growth of the personal lines type business, a new department was formed - the
Private Client Unit, and we had no hesitation in asking Karen to manage it. Karen has now transferred onto the
Commercial Insurance team, and is looking to build long term relationships with our growing range of Commercial
clients. Karen also shares the responsibility of ensuring that the complex IT system in use at HGR functions
efficiently at all times.

Teresa Taylor: Private Client Unit

Teresa is one of the longest serving members of the team, having originally joined Harrod & Gall in July 1987,
prior to their merger with Stewart & Rogers. She looks after the Private Client Unit, and possesses
a wealth of knowledge which is used to the clients' advantage. Teresa is keen to embrace the use of modern
technology, and is currently providing invaluable assistance to the Board as they implement procedures designed
to ensure all clients are dealt with efficiently and accurately in a constantly changing environment.

Linda Scriven: General Claims Handler

Linda also has a wealth of experience as a result of her time with the Group since 1988. She commenced employment
with Stewart & Rogers, and has remained a loyal member of the team throughout the merger and thereafter. Linda is
the first point of contact for our clients wishing to notify us of insurance claims.
She is also an invaluable assistant to Sales Director John Webley and maintains continuity of his business on a
day to day basis.

Gill Blackmore: Receptionist / Typist

Gill joined HGR in April 2006,and provides one of the first points of contact for clients either telephoning or
calling in to the office. Her skills were developed during previous service with a firm of solicitors, a national
gas contractor and a local steel firm.
Gill takes pride in taking calls from our clients and passing them on promptly to the relevant team member,
so that they can handle their enquiry. Apart from Out of Hours calls, Gill ensures that a client will never
have to endure the frustrations of pressing buttons on a telephone key pad in order to speak to someone human!

Ian Morgan: Accountant

Ian joined the team at HGR early in 2006. He was previously employed by a large provincial accountancy practice,
and was more than pleased to be given the opportunity to join the Team at HGR. Ian provides information which
allows the Managing Director to monitor all monetary movements, and thus ensure the smooth handling of the many
financial transactions inherent to a busy insurance brokerage like HGR.

Christina Parkes: Filing & Administration Clerk
Chris joined the HGR team in 2006. Her role is vital, in ensuring that the vast filing system is kept in good order,
and that her fellow Team members receive documentation promptly for handling client portfolios. She also assists
the General Claims Handler, Linda, in her day to day role.
